BANGING DECAF NATURAL!

We promise it's DECAF! You won't believe how many people don't believe us when we say it's DECAF! IT'S BANGING! This delicious EA Sugarcane process from El Vergel Farm is absolutely delicious! EA Sugarcane~When the coffee is received it is submitted to a condition of water and steam. This elevates the moisture contained and swells the bean in order to facilitate the extraction of caffeine. At that point the bean experiences an E.A. wash, which dissolves the caffeine. The beans are then cleaned with water, followed by steam, to clean the innermost portions of the bean. Finally, the beans are dried until reaching moisture similar to what they had prior to the process. This method avoids excessive heat or pressure, which can radically disrupt a green bean's cellular structure. Thus the reason it's delicious! Anddddd! It's a NATURAL process decaf which gives it more fruity flavors! Bam! Enjoy!

In May 2022 we were Blessed to meet Martha from El Vergel Estate.  Martha started her coffee plans in 2012 when her husband passed away. Their avocado crop was starting to get sick and lowering it’s yield. She then decided to start planting caturra trees in between the avocado. The FNC {Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros} provided her with the coffee and taught her how to wash it and sell it in the nearest town to the farm called Fresno. Her sons joined the family business in 2019 and started a company in the USA called Forest Coffee to help with all the issues they were running into. Ya Cute Coffee friends here were Blessed to meet Martha and the Forest Coffee crew at our roasting facility. We missed the cupping they hosted, but not the samples! The Condor Decaf was one of the many that stood out to us! Then they hit us with the NATURAL DECAF this year! We pray you enjoy this tasty pleasantry!
