5LB GOLD OF BUBBLE GUM

In May 2022 we were Blessed to meet Martha & Santiago from El Vergel Estate. They introduced us to other farmers of their coffee project called Forest Coffee. This is how we met Bubble Gum! It comes from the Jardines El Edén Farm which started almost 40 years ago with Elmer Restrepo. Elmer started by dry milling coffee which is where he ultimately learned every other aspect of the coffee process.  It was inevitable that he soon would become a grower and begin the family farm.  Elmer's son Juan Felipe now runs the farm.  Juan is really into creating various unique processes in coffee. This Bubble Gum is just one of many naturals that he and his crew have created on the 150 hectares of farm they have in Chinchina. This coffee was submerged in water for 48hours after going through the anaerobic natural process and drying in the sun. This gives the coffee more complexity and cleanliness.
