Another hit from Colombia! Colombia Black Condor! Also known as, BLACK GOLD!
This coffee comes from 40 growers in the region of Tolima-Gaitania. It is then processed by brothers Emauel and Valentina of the La Roma Farm. At 1920 MASL you can imagine the tasting notes of high altitude can give. The La Roma Farm has been working together with all the neighbors of the area to gather coffee after fermentation and have developed a drying system in accordance with the sun. Soon they will have a wet facility of their own to create some wild coffees!
